Sophie has a proven track record of guiding historic brands to meet contemporary opportunities and expectations. She has worked in the for-purpose sector for more than 30 years, scaling positive impact across Australia, the Asia-Pacific, the United States and Europe. Her experience spans NGOs, social services, environment, First Nations initiatives, education, tourism, and heritage.
With over 10 years’ governance experience in not-for-profit, education, government, and business, Sophie is known for her dedication to ESG, commercial acumen, customer-centric approach, and commitment to embracing diverse stakeholder perspectives.
Sophie is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and earned her Bachelor of Arts with Honors and Master of Arts in the United States. She currently serves on the Boards of three much-loved Tasmanian organisations.
Born in Launceston and raised in St. Helens, Sophie is delighted to be contributing to her local community through her role at Eskleigh.

With over 25 years of experience in management, business improvement, leadership, and people development, Ros is a seasoned professional who has been making a significant impact in Tasmania since 2004. As a trusted consultant in both private and public sectors, Ros has successfully delivered a wide range of HR services across the employee life cycle including executive recruitment, training and development, performance evaluation, performance management, restructures and change management, succession planning, career development and executive coaching.
A dedicated Professional Member of the Careers Development Association of Australia (CDAA) and the Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI), Ros holds an impressive academic portfolio, including a Graduate Certificate in Business Management, Graduate Diploma in Business Administration, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA). Her commitment to holistic well-being is demonstrated through her certification in Mental Health First Aid and is also an accredited SHL (psychological profiling) practitioner.
Amanda Bailey

With over 26 years’ experience, Amanda brings a wealth of expertise in Executive Leadership, Management, Human Resources, Workplace Health and Safety, particularly within the Health and Disability, Government and Not-for-Profit sectors.
Amanda has dedicated 9 years to Human Resources and has excelled as a Chief Operating Officer for the past 10 years. Her leadership style fosters collaboration and innovation, driving teams toward shared goals. Amanda holds qualifications in Disability, Human Resources and Workplace Health and Safety.
With a professional membership, MAHRI, of the Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI), Amanda holds a Graduate Diploma in Management and a Master of Business Administration, with an HR specialisation (MBA).
Amanda has made a significant impact through her work in both Government and the Not-for-Profit sectors. She has contributed to and guided work in the sector to facilitate the changes that organisations have needed to embrace so that they remain both successful and sustainable.
Amanda has worked as a Senior Executive in a large organisation, with over 480 employees, and played a key role in establishing the first trial site for the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) in Tasmania. Her leadership was crucial in introducing and implementing operations across all age groups, ensuring accessibility and quality of care.
Amanda has worked for Registered Training Organisations in Leadership and Project roles, developing and rolling out multimillion-dollar programs across Tasmania and in Victoria. This work included collaborating with subject matter experts in rewriting course modules in Allied Health Assistance and Disability. Some of this work has also seen her facilitate leadership training for people in the Juvenile Justice System.
Amanda has served as a Non-Executive Director for a Tasmanian Catholic Private School and for Gymnastics Tasmania.
Amanda has a passion for driving quality services that assist both people with disability and young people to live rich, happy and fulfilling lives.
