Supported Independent Living services are offered usually as part of a shared living arrangement in one of Eskleigh’s Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) houses and generally for people who require 24/7 support.
Eskleigh can provide a range of services to support you with daily living tasks, with a focus on enabling you to live as independently as possible.
Your Support Coordinator can help develop a Supported Independent Living Plan that is aligned with your personal goals and funding.
Many of our participants request support for daily living tasks such as attending appointments, household tasks such as preparation of meals and cleaning, as well as personal care, medical support and support with behavioral and social skills.
All services are provided by our qualified Support Workers and Nurses who offer friendly and professional support and have the necessary skills to ensure you remain safe, connected and happy as part of a Supported Independent Living community.
