I joined the Board of Eskleigh in November 2025 and was drawn to the opportunity to be part of an organisation that makes a genuine difference in people’s lives.
I grew up in and around the Northern Midlands, so I have always had a strong connection to the community. That is part of what appealed to me about Eskleigh—the important role it plays in supporting people to live well and be included. It’s something I am keen to contribute to.
My background is in finance and governance, and through my work I support organisations across a range of sectors to strengthen how they operate and plan for the future. I have spent a lot of time working alongside Boards and leadership teams, particularly through periods of change.
For me, joining Eskleigh is about contributing in a practical way—helping make sure the organisation stays strong and sustainable, and well positioned into the future.
I am looking forward to working with my fellow directors, leadership and staff as Eskleigh continues to grow.
