Christmas blew into Perth on Saturday 6 December as a blustery afternoon greeted many smiling faces, from the very young to the more experienced, at the 1st Annual Perth Community Christmas Celebration held at Eskleigh. Patrons enjoyed tours of the historic property and a range of free activities: face painting, balloon art, laser tag, games, crafts, music, market stalls, and food and coffee from local providers. Santa arrived courtesy of the Perth Fire Brigade, and as the weather began to clear everyone enjoyed a lovely time together.
The event was sponsored and organised by Perth Tasmania Historical Society, Perth Lions, Perth Baptist Church, the Eskleigh Foundation, Perth Community Progress Association, Perth Fire Brigade and the Northern Midlands Council. Mark your calendar for an even brighter and better celebration in 2026.
