Eskleigh is pleased to announce that we are branching out to the North-West Region of Tasmania and we are extremely excited to provide Eskleigh’s high standard of holistic person-centred support to people with a disability, their families and carers within this area.
With an office base in Burnie, Eskleigh will be providing disability services in the areas of Home Care, Respite and Community Access Programs for NDIS and Private Clients.
Eskleigh’s Community Access Program provides a wide range of one-on-one activities based on needs and interests for personal fulfillment and family respite.
We will work with you directly to choose activities that you want, we are flexible and will make changes as needed. Eskleigh’s Burnie Community Access Centre is open from 9am to 4pm Monday to Friday and other times by arrangement.
Being independent is very important and Eskleigh’s Attendant Care Program provides in-home support without having to leave the comfort and security of the family home.
Our energetic and caring workforce is professionally trained and dedicated to working collaboratively with clients to achieve positive outcomes. We ensure clients are actively involved in the process of designing a program which suits their individual interests and abilities.
We are all excited that we can now offer Eskleigh’s excellent services to you or your family member.
