Eskleigh Home (Supported Accommodation)

Eskleigh Home in Perth, Tasmania is a tranquil and peaceful home for people with a range of disabilities, enabling them to lead a meaningful, active and fulfilling way of life.

Eskleigh Home is a 42 bed home that combines contemporary with the historical charm of the former ‘Scone’ homestead to which it is attached.

Located on 23 acres, Eskleigh boasts beautiful gardens and surrounding farmland, which provide residents, family and friends with a wonderful environment in which to socialise.
Eskleigh Home employs qualified Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses, Support Workers, Leisure & Lifestyle Employees, Catering and Cleaning staff and volunteers who support residents with a range of disabilities.
 

Group Homes (Supported Accommodation)

 

Eskleigh offers supported accommodation in 4-6 bedroom residential homes (Group Homes).
 
People with disabilities requiring moderate support are provided an opportunity to develop and maintain independent living while working in partnership with the community and families.
 
Group Homes offer residents (and their families) active and person centred support from qualified disability support workers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
 

Attendant Care

 

The Attendant Care program offers support to people with disabilities (and their families) enabling them to continue living in their own home.
 
Qualified Attendant Carers offer quality person centred support tailored to meet the needs of individuals and families.
 
The Attendant Care program also offers temporary in home respite to people with disabilities, in partnership with the Commonwealth Carer and Respite Service.
